Refund policy

We want you to love your Axia Studios pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Note: Sale items are final and not eligible for return.
